Launch Quarters is a concierge that operates over WhatsApp. The information we hold about you is what you send us in that conversation — typically your name, your accelerator or residency program, your dates, and any housing preferences you share.
We use what you send us to match you to furnished housing in San Francisco for the length of your stay, and to stay in touch about your booking. That's it.
To place you in housing we share the details necessary for your stay with Check-In Hospitality, our partner that sources and operates the properties. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp and are also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
We keep your messages and booking details for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep reasonable records of past stays. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
