Launch Quarters is a matching and concierge service for founders coming to San Francisco, whether for an accelerator, a fundraise, a conference, or a longer stay. Stays and SF Concierge are operated on the ground by Check-In Hospitality. Malaika Commons is our community partner and does not own, operate, or lease any property.
Each stay is prepared and coordinated by Check-In Hospitality, with the host or property owner for that place. Your stay is governed by the written agreement for that specific stay, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.
Pricing and availability depend on your dates and location. You'll see options and pricing before you commit; nothing is charged before you agree.
Prices we quote are all-in except government taxes, such as San Francisco's hotel tax on stays under 30 nights.
SF Concierge covers errands around your stay: meals, laundry, cleaning, rides, and bookings for meetings and dinners. Requests are fulfilled by Check-In Hospitality and local vendors.
Every per-request quote is one all-in price, and you approve it before anything is bought. Weekly plans renew each week until you cancel. Cancel any time in the same WhatsApp thread; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current week.
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs and we'll pass them on, but we can't guarantee any vendor's kitchen is allergen-free.
Malaika Commons members who stay with Launch Quarters receive credit equal to 5% of what they pay for the stay, to spend with SF Concierge. The credit has no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and is promotional. We'll confirm in writing when it's added and any date it expires. We confirm your membership status with Malaika Commons to apply it.
Launch Quarters follows fair housing laws. We don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, familial status, disability, source of income, or any other protected characteristic. Every guest is matched on the same criteria: dates, purpose of the stay, group size, and identity verification.
We work with your dates and re-match if plans change. Specific cancellation and refund terms depend on the stay and will be shared with you in writing before you commit.
Launch Quarters is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that a specific place, neighborhood, or price will be available for your dates, and we make no warranties beyond what's expressly stated in the written agreement for your stay.
