Launch Quarters is a matching and concierge service that connects founders coming to San Francisco for an accelerator or residency with furnished short-term housing. Launch Quarters is a partnership between Check-In Hospitality and Malaika.
The housing itself is sourced, furnished, and operated by Check-In Hospitality (or, where applicable, its partner property owners). Your stay is governed by the rental or booking agreement you enter into for that specific property, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.
Pricing and availability depend on your dates, location, and the specific property. You'll see options and pricing before you commit; nothing is charged before you agree.
We work with your dates and re-match if plans change. Specific cancellation and refund terms depend on the property you book and will be shared with you in writing before you commit.
Launch Quarters is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that a specific property, neighborhood, or price will be available for your batch, and we make no warranties beyond what's expressly stated in the booking agreement for your stay.
